How does the Thervalo wrap work?

It's a soft cap with a medical-grade gel lining. Freeze it for cold therapy (migraines, hot flashes, puffy eyes) or microwave it for heat therapy (tension, cramps, circulation). The eye-mask panel is stitched separately so you can slide it down for full relief or flip it up to keep your eyes free.

How long does the cold or heat last?

Typically 20–30 minutes of consistent temperature per use, depending on room temperature and how long it was frozen or heated. Keep a second one in the freezer if you want back-to-back relief.

Is it safe to microwave?

Yes — follow the included instructions for heat time and always test the temperature against your wrist before wearing it, the same way you would with any heat therapy product.

Will it fit my head?

The cap uses a stretchy one-size-fits-most design with 360° compression, built to stay snug without sliding off.

Can I wash it?

Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid fully submerging it in water, since that can affect the internal gel lining.

Is this a medical device?

No. Thervalo is a wearable hot-and-cold therapy accessory. It's not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a chronic or severe condition, please talk to your doctor.
